Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep kitchen and diningware spotless and ready for service. You will support cooks and servers by ensuring clean, sanitized wares and a steady supply of dishes throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates bring high-volume dishwashing experience, strong adherence to safety and sanitation procedures, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Flexible scheduling—including weekends and holidays—will be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume dishwashing experience preferred.
• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow staff and work as a team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine while keeping dish room clean and organized.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle and report any issues.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, cleaning supplies, and clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.

THE ROLE

As a dishwasher, you will ensure that cooking and table wares for the kitchen and dining room are clean and sanitized. You will be the backbone that keeps the whole kitchen running.

What we will ask of you:

• Load, run and unload dish machine while keeping dish room clean and organized
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, cleaning supplies, and clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times
