Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Dishwasher in Florida to support kitchen operations by keeping wares clean and sanitized. You will be the backbone that keeps the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, monitoring water temperature, maintaining supplies, and assisting with trash removal. A reliable schedule and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Be ready to assist fellow staff and work as a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

THE ROLE

As a dishwasher, you will ensure that cooking and table wares for the kitchen and dining room are clean and sanitized. You will be the backbone that keeps the whole kitchen running.

What we will ask of you:

• Load, run and unload dish machine while keeping dish room clean and organized
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, cleaning supplies, and clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times
