Sandia Golf Club is excited to announce the career opportunity of Dishwasher. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and focus on providing superior service to clubs managed by Troon.

Pay Range: $13.87 - $15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping, and mopping.
3. Empty kitchen trash receptacles and dispose of garbage properly.
4. Perform daily cleaning tasks including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
5. Store all dishes and wares in proper areas.
6. Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
7. Wash and sanitize all dishes and clean the kitchen after closing.
8. Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
