What You’ll Do:

• Keep the dining room and kitchen running smoothly by maintaining a steady supply of clean tableware
• Collect dirty dishes and kitchenware from dining areas and the kitchen
• Operate dishwashing equipment, including scraping, rinsing, and loading/unloading
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment in their proper places
• Ensure the dish room is cleaned and sanitized at the end of each shift
• Help with general cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Show a willingness to learn and adapt, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
