Job summary

Responsibilities

• Carts are delivered after cart is loaded and delivered to the proper unit within designated timeframe.
• Carts are picked up at assigned time and soiled utility rooms are checked after each meal for dirty dishes and trays.
• Handles, stores and uses cleaning chemicals and supplies safely per MSDS standards.
• Sets up 3 compartment sink and maintains sanitation solution at proper level (200 ppm) using test strips.
• Dish machine is set up and ready for service.
• Pots and pans cleaned and air dried, and isolation trays handled per infection control policy.
• Trash cans emptied, cleaned and sanitized; floors swept and mopped.
