Sodexo is seeking a Dishroom Lead at the Malvern location, reporting to site management. You will oversee dishroom operations, lead a small team, maintain cleanliness, and ensure kitchen workflow runs smoothly.

This full-time role offers flexible shifts, with a pay range of $16–$20 per hour and a benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision, as well as 401(k) and other programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
