Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Lead Steward to oversee the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment across Food and Beverage outlets. The role emphasizes sanitation, dishwashing, and maintaining clean satellite stations.

You will lead Stewards, coordinate daily cleaning tasks, and supervise dishwashing operations, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to deliver guest-ready service in a bustling resort environment.

Job description

The Lead Steward is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment in the kitchen.This position is also responsible for sanitation, and washing of all dishes used in Food and Beverage outlets.

Essential Functions

• Direct the cleaning of all equipment in kitchen and dishwashing area daily.
• Direct the cleaning of satellite stations and equipment daily.

Schedule

• $16.00/hr (including premium pay)
• 40 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire
