Brewster Academy is seeking a Dining Services Utility Staff member to maintain cleanliness of the dining hall, dish room, and kitchenware in line with sanitation procedures.

The role includes stocking supplies, cleaning on a weekly schedule, assisting with dishwashing, and supporting catering events. Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality preferred.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs on occasion.
• Stand, bend, lift, carry, and move in 2-hour increments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining hall and dish room.
• Stock plates, cups, and utensils before, during, and after service.
• Maintain weekly cleaning schedule for the utility position.
