Lizard's Thicket is seeking reliable, full-time dishwashers to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils using both machine and manual cleaning methods.

Responsibilities include gathering and sorting dishes, loading and unloading dish machines, stocking areas, and performing general cleaning duties to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen. Responsibilities

• Retrieve soiled dishes from tables and bus pans in dining room.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils and place in racks for dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and carry to cook's line or storage areas.
• Stock and rotate incoming deliveries; wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Remove trash to dumpster; sweep exterior areas and restaurant.
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
