Job summary

Lizard's Thicket is seeking energetic full‑time dishwashers to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas. You will retrieve soiled dishes, rinse and sort, carry clean dishware to storage, and support overall health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve soiled dishes from tables and bus pans in the dining room.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and other cooking utensils and place in racks to send through the dish machine.
• Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other storage areas.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand as needed.
• Sweep and keep dining area and exterior clean; remove trash.

Lizard's Thicket is looking for individuals who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.Responsibilities:Retrieve soiled dishes from the tables and bus pans in the dining roomSort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machineSort and stack clean dishes.
