Truett’s Chick-fil-A in Morrow, GA is seeking a food-production team member to prepare and cook products according to established procedures, maintain supplies, and keep all areas clean and sanitised.

This role operates in a fast-paced, energetic, team-driven environment with opportunities for advancement, flexible schedules, and employee discounts. No prior experience is required, and reliability and a positive attitude are valued.

Responsibilities

• Operates trash and cardboard compactors as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares and cooks all products according to established procedures
• Demonstrates knowledge of recipes and other cooking requirements
• Maintains adequate stock of supplies
• Washes dishes
• Cleans and sanitizes various areas of the restaurant, including equipment and counters, floors, trash bins, and parking lot
• Utilizes Trash and Cardboard Compactors
• Other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant management

Qualifications & Skills

• No Experience Necessary
• Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed
• Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with a willingness to serve
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency in getting things done
• Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time
