Truett’s Grill in Morrow, GA is seeking a motivated food-production team member to support busy operations. You will prepare and cook items to recipe standards, maintain stock, and help keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and safe.

This role emphasizes teamwork, energy, integrity, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. No experience is required, but a willingness to learn and flexible scheduling will help you thrive and grow with the restaurant.

Role Summary: A food-production team member committed to serving guests

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares and cooks all products according to established procedures
• Demonstrates knowledge of recipes and other cooking requirements
• Maintains adequate stock of supplies
• Washes dishes
• Cleans and sanitizes various areas of the restaurant, including equipment and counters, floors, trash bins, and parking lot
• Utilizes Trash and Cardboard Compactors
• Other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant management

Qualifications & Skills

• No Experience Necessary
• Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed
• Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with a willingness to serve
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency in getting things done
• Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time
