About The Role

BrewDog is looking for a steward/dishwasher to join our team. Our bars are at the forefront of a mission to deliver great craft beer and customer service. We serve a popular burger and wings menu. Food quality, consistency, and compliance while maintaining a busy kitchen is key to this role.

You will maintain a clean environment in the kitchen, dish pit, storage and guest areas. The main focus is keeping dishes cleaned, sanitized, and well stocked throughout the facility. You will be part of an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals in the kitchen, on the floor and behind the bar.
