JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective: Maintains kitchen area. Keeps cooking utensils, dishes, kitchen equipment/tools, and silverware clean. Responsible for high dusting, sanitizing various surfaces, cleaning trash receptacles and surface areas. Deep cleans commercial restaurant equipment, vacuums/mops floors, cleans windows.
