Qualifications

• Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training
• Must be able to communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Reports to work well-groomed in a clean uniform and practices good personal hygiene
• Rinses and arranges soiled dishes, silverware and glassware for the dishwasher
• Loads trays into dishwasher and stocks for kitchen personnel and servers
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce risk factors
• Performs general maintenance of floors (mopping and vacuuming) at end of shift
