Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Dish Steward to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, maintaining the dish area, restocking supplies, and supporting the restaurant with various duties as needed.

The position requires a high school education and prior experience in a similar role. You will work in a hospitality environment that values service, teamwork, and flexibility to meet busy shift demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
