Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Dish Steward for Graduate by Hilton Eugene. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dish area, and supporting clean, organized workflow in a fast-paced kitchen.

This position is tip eligible, with a focus on hospitality and service excellence. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (preferred) and prior experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Remounts all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes garbage and waste.
• Maintains and cleans the dish machine at end of shift.
• Keeps storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots
• Maintains dish room and dish machine
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
• Removes all garbage
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
