Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Perrysburg. This part-time, on-site role offers a fast-paced environment, daily pay options, and a robust benefits package.

You will help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dish area while supporting a culture of hospitality. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and prior dishwashing experience, can work flexible hours, and is a team player.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots
• Maintains dish room and dish machine
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
• Removes all garbage
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested
• Perform various other duties as assigned
