Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, maintaining the dish area, and supporting overall restaurant cleanliness. The position emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Ideal candidates will have a High School education and prior experience in a similar role. Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, with tipping considerations and a comprehensive benefits package

• High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Ability to multitask and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Remains stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at end of shift.
• Keeps dish and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
