Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dependable Dish Steward to join our team. You will clean and sanitize dishes, maintain the dish room, restock supplies, and help keep the kitchen area organized throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in a similar role. We offer daily pay options, comprehensive health and life insurance, Paid Time Off, and other benefits to support our associates.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
