Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and utensils
• Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink and related areas
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and staff
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies including food safety and sanitation
• Ensure security of company assets
