Job summary

The Bridgewater Club is seeking a diligent kitchen teammate to maintain a clean, organized dish area and support basic food preparation as needed. You will set up dish stations, operate machines, and ensure responsible handling of china, glassware, and cookware while keeping floors clean throughout your shift.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or hospitality dishwashing experience, strong multitasking abilities, and a focus on cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a busy kitchen
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety

Responsibilities

• Keeps the kitchen clean and organized, washes and sorts soiled dishes, and assists with food prep as needed.
• Sets up dish stations and operates dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift.
• Washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Changes water in machines and sinks every two hours and uses chemical dilutions properly.
• Assists in storing food deliveries promptly and correctly.
• Empty trash and maintain trash areas at shift end.
• Maintains dry storage area and shelf organization.
• Follows posted daily dish-cleaning duties.
• Supports chef with other duties as needed.
