Job description

Position: Dish Machine Operator (part of Dine Brands Global). This role ensures the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations at IHOP.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper cleanliness and functionality.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
• Support kitchen staff as needed, including food storage and inventory management.

Physical Requirements
