Anthony’s is hiring a Dish Machine Operator in Bend, Oregon. This full-time role covers evening shifts Thursday through Monday, typically 3pm–11pm, with flexibility on start time.

Salary range is $19.00–$22.00 hourly, and benefits include medical insurance and an HSA for full-time staff. You’ll operate dishwashing equipment, keep areas clean, comply with health and safety guidelines, and support a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Prior commercial kitchen or food service experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with health department sanitation requirements (preferred).
• Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team (preferred).
• Food safety or sanitation certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machines to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Inspect items for cleanliness and rewash as needed.
• Keep dishwashing areas clean and organized, including sinks, counters, and floors.
• Monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with organizing and storing clean kitchenware.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper chemical handling.
