Job summary

Black Bear Diner in McAllen, TX is seeking a reliable Dish Machine Operator to own the dishwashing process, ensuring utensils and service ware are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked for the team.

You will follow all company standards, load, run and unload the dish machine, keep the area clean, monitor water temperature and chemical usage, and assist other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Complete sidework for station and shift.
