IHOP Dish Machine Operators (DMOs) are responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware and utensils to ensure smooth restaurant operations. They perform sanitation and housekeeping tasks, require good communication skills, and must work well with others. The position involves standing for up to 8 hours, lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive tasks with full hand and arm mobility. DMOs also perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors, following company and governmental policies.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Bussing tables and collecting soiled dishes
• Ensuring availability of clean dishes at all times
