Job summary

Café Zupas is hiring for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare fresh produce and house-made soups daily, while keeping the lobby area clean and organized. You will support a fast-paced café environment and work with a friendly team that emphasizes hospitality and teamwork.

We offer daytime and evening shifts, a 50% food employee discount, and a culture built on positivity and personal development. No grease, grills, fryers, or microwaves are used in our kitchen.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred; not required.
• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week.
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• A quick learner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items
• Cook our house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby
• Manage our advanced dishwasher
