Job summary

Cafe Zupas is hiring Kitchen Team Members for daytime shifts in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will prep produce, cook house-made soups and dressings, and maintain a clean lobby while enjoying a clear career path and regular raises. All shifts include a free house-made meal.

With a collaborative culture and ongoing training, you can advance into leadership roles as the company expands across multiple states. Sundays are closed and schedules are daytime.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred; not required
• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
• Growth minded, driven, and precise
• Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to new processes and systems

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items
• Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby
• Manage our advanced dishwasher and cleansing station
