Job Summary and Qualifications
The Discrepancy Analyst Team lead assists Logging Manager with the training of the logging department. Performs daily discrepancy account analyses and coding.
What you will do in this role:
Provides introductory and ongoing training and education to staff to ensure that policies and procedures are followed
Meets with the Manager regularly to effectively communicate and resolve logging issues, set and prioritize goals and improve processes
Assists with staff communication, providing updates, Resolving issues, setting goals and maintaining standards
Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, patient, and customer service policies.
Assist with payroll activities for team members (i.e., timecards, edit sheets).
Assist manager with development and implementation of project and department action plans.
Work Discrepancy Report or Webtool to determine types of discrepancies and assign appropriate reason codes.
Make all corrections of non-payment related discrepancies. Forward all other discrepancies to Overpayment or Underpayment Analyst.
What qualifications you will need:
1 year of Government Logging Experience
Previous Supervisory Experience preferred
