As the Utility Custodian, you’ll perform daily custodial duties in secure spaces, follow strict security protocols, and support emergency procedures as directed. This role requires TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly and a strong commitment to reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of custodial/industry experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily custodial services including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining offices, conference rooms, restrooms, corridors, and common areas within a secure facility.
• Handle waste disposal, recycling, and shredding in accordance with IC security and information protection procedures.
• Safely operate custodial equipment and use approved cleaning agents in compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Respond to scheduled and unscheduled cleaning requests, including spill response and special event support.
• Maintain custodial supply inventory and report shortages or equipment issues.
• Follow strict access control, badge, escort, and compartmentalization requirements at all times.
• Immediately report security concerns, safety hazards, or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency procedures and continuity-of-operations activities as directed.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion when working around sensitive personnel, materials, and spaces.
