Pavillion Agency Inc. is seeking an experienced Full-Time Live-In Housekeeper/Cook for a private residence in Lincoln Square, New York. The role combines housekeeping, laundry, wardrobe management, and simple, high-quality meal preparation.

The position is 40 hours per week with flexible hours; live-in or live-out depending on residence. Salary range $90K–$100K plus a health insurance stipend, with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end private household.
• Excellent housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe-management.
• Strong organizational abilities and impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to work proactively and independently without constant direction.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and care of clothing and linens; wardrobe management.
• Packing and unpacking; preparing bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas ahead of arrivals; maintaining household supplies.
• Grocery and household shopping; simple, high-quality meal preparation; table setting and service.
• Guest service; identify and report maintenance issues or other matters requiring attention.
