The Nanny Authority in New York's Lincoln Square area seeks an experienced, discreet Full-Time Live-In Housekeeper/Cook for a private residence. The role requires proactive, independent work to maintain a pristine home while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, shopping, and preparing simple high-quality meals. Live-in accommodations are provided; hybrid options may exist when the family is away.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end private household is required.

• Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal direction.

A couple, in the Lincoln Square area, needs to hire an experienced and highly discreet Full-Time, Live-In Housekeeper/Cook.

The responsibilities include:

• general housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and care of clothing and linens, wardrobe management
• packing and unpacking, preparing bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas ahead of arrivals, maintaining household supplies
• grocery and household shopping, simple, high-quality meal preparation, table setting and service
• guest service and identifying and reporting maintenance issues or other matters requiring attention

The position is 40-hour-per-week with flexibility in how hours are distributed when the residence is unoccupied, and will require greater flexibility when the family or guests are in residence, with advance notice provided whenever possible.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a high-end private household, excellent housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe-management skills, strong organizational abilities, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work proactively and independently without constant direction.

The family is also open to a hybrid role and will hire someone live-out when the family is not in residence and live-in when the family is in residence.

Live-in accommodations will be provided Salary range: $90K – 100K plus a health insurance stipend. Immediate start
