Allied Universal® Compliance and Investigation Services is seeking a Surveillance Investigator to perform discreet mobile and stationary surveillance of claimants to support insurance claim administration. The role requires a private investigator license before applying, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours.

The job involves independent investigations across workers’ compensation and liability claims, use of surveillance equipment, and meticulous documentation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post offer, must complete the Allied Universal Investigations' training/orientation course.
• Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable work experience, preferably investigations or protective service-related field.
• Flexibility to work varied and irregular hours including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to type reports in Microsoft Word with minimal errors.
• Proficient with laptops, video cameras and cell phones.
• Ability to work independently and manage stressful situations with professionalism.
