Susquehanna invites interested students to explore our Operations Team this spring. As an Operations Analyst intern, you’ll observe how traders, technologists, and brokerage firms solve problems and shape strategies in a fast-paced, quantitative trading environment.
This program targets students planning to graduate between December 2028 and May 2029 and pursuing majors in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.

Throughout the program, you’ll get to learn about how our Operations Analysts problem solve with traders, technologists, and brokerage firms; develop an understanding of how options trading works; and get a sense of our unique culture and work environment.

This opportunity is open to students who are planning to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree between December 2028 and May 2029. We are looking for students with a background and interest in any of the following fields/majors:
