Job summary

CGS is seeking a dedicated Discovery IT System Administrator to join a fast-paced, hard-working team supporting electronic discovery applications and related tools in a government-focused portfolio.

The role covers administration of Windows Server and SQL environments, monitoring performance, ensuring security, and collaborating with vendors on product issues; training end-users and supporting migrations are also part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic discovery tools and related platforms.
• Ability to administer and monitor Windows server environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and virtualization.
• Familiarity with EDRM and legal hold workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications.
• Administer and monitor systems, install and configure OS, apps, and tools.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, coordinate fixes with vendors.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Assist in technical architecture discussions and user training.
• Support integration and migration of discovery applications.
• Document architecture and translate business needs to technical requirements.
• Collaborate with OGC vendors on product issues.
