Job Opportunities

The Town of South Kingstown is accepting applications for Discovery Camp Counselors. Discovery Camp Counselors are responsible for assisting in the supervision of children, as well as the planning of activities and events, at Discovery Camp - the Recreation Department's summer day camp program.

Prior experience in the supervision of children is desirable. Must be at least 15 years of age and possess a high energy level. This position, which pays $16.50 to $18 per hour, will work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm from June 23rd to August 29th. This position will be required to work on July 4th, with a rain date of July 5th if needed.
