Job summary

Leidos seeks a Disclosure & Declassification Analyst for a challenging program in the National Security Sector’s Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The role involves classifying and declassifying a wide range of materials, explaining determinations to leaders, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure policy consistency.

The candidate should have 5+ years IC experience, a BA/MA, and familiarity with IC marking systems and the IDSCLOSE tool. Hybrid work in NV or MD may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with substantial experience in intelligence or security classification processes.
• Minimum 5 years working with or in the IC.
• Experience reviewing government documents for public release and policy materials.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of disclosure policies.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing products to assess disclosure eligibility and explain determinations to leaders.
• Assessing records for declassification suitability and tracking adjudication status.
• Plan and document classification, declassification, and prepublication determinations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client on public release decisions and timelines.
• Work may require core hours 0600–1900 EST Monday to Friday.
