Job summary

Kings Mortgage Services is seeking a Disclosure Specialist in Santa Ana, CA. The role involves reviewing initial information, creating and delivering the initial Loan Estimate and disclosures to borrowers, and reissuing supplemental LE forms when circumstances change.

The position supports the Operations team, focusing on accurate disclosures, timely processing, and strong customer service with brokers and borrowers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Encompass or similar loan origination software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send initial disclosure packages, LEs and Closing Disclosures within regulatory timeframes.
• Manage pipeline to ensure disclosures are issued within 2 business hours.
• Review Closing Disclosures for accuracy and balance against the closing statement.
• Issue changes of circumstances with brokers as applicable.
• Provide timely, accurate loan status updates and resolve funding inquiries.

Disclosure Specialist

The Disclosure Specialist is an intermediate level role within the operations team. The role involves reviewing initial information and documents, creating and delivering the initial Loan Estimate and disclosures to borrowers, and re‑issuing supplemental Loan Estimate forms when circumstances change.

Department: Operations

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send initial disclosure packages, Loan Estimates (LE) and Closing Disclosures (CD) to borrowers and brokers within regulatory timeframes.
• Manage pipeline to ensure disclosures are issued within 2 business hours.
• Review CD to ensure all fields are accurate per the closing statement and the file is balanced.
• Work with brokers to issue changes of circumstances, as applicable.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to brokers and borrowers by providing timely communication, accurate loan status updates, and proactive resolution of funding‑related inquiries.
• Other responsibilities, as assigned.
