First Merchants Bank is seeking a Disclosure Specialist I to join our team. This role supports daily operations by ensuring disclosure packages are completed accurately and provided to consumers in adherence with TRID and other disclosure regulations.

Responsibilities include preparing LE packages, reviewing LOS data, delivering disclosures via ESIGN or mail, updating LOS, and generating daily reports to verify timely processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review initial disclosure packages including the LE.
• Review disclosure data entered in the LOS.
• Ensure delivery of disclosures via ESIGN, in person, or mail.
• Update LOS to show disclosures generated and provided.
• Prepare and review daily disclosure processing reports.
• Review files for re-disclosure per regulatory requirements.
