Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Lead Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer to provide technical leadership and full discipline delivery for industrial projects. This role covers scope, schedule, budget, and quality of all E&I deliverables while guiding engineers and designers as the technical authority.
The ideal candidate has hands-on E&I expertise with strong project controls, leadership, and client communication, and must hold a Louisiana PE license.
Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Lead Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer to provide technical leadership and full discipline delivery for industrial projects. This role is responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and quality of all Electrical and Instrumentation deliverables while leading engineers and designers and serving as a technical authority on complex engineering assignments.
The ideal candidate is an experienced industrial E&I professional who combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong project controls, leadership, and client communication skills. A Louisiana Professional Engineer (PE) degree is required.
This position is located in Baton Rouge, LA and requires in person presence. Sorry, no remote or Hybrid schedules.
