The role emphasizes ministry operations, Planning Center Online management, event coordination across campuses, and serving as a clear point of contact for members and volunteers, under the supervision of the Discipleship Pastor and Team Lead.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant ministry/work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead volunteers and coordinate multiple ministries across campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate baptism experiences with a healthy volunteer team.
• Own baptism and membership processes for the Hudsonville site (excluding pastoral approval).
• Serve as primary contact for baptism team members and participants.
• Oversee baptism service logistics, supplies, communications, and execution.
• Lead volunteer recruitment, training, appreciation, and follow-up for baptism volunteers.
• Provide operational support to strengthen the discipleship ministry and manage PCO, events, registrations, and inquiries.
