Riverview Alliance Church seeks an Associate Pastor of Discipleship to work with the Lead Pastor and Elders in guiding outreach, evangelism, and spiritual growth for families, youth, and children in Oconto Falls and nearby areas.

The role emphasizes developing and overseeing outreach, discipleship, worship participation, and pulpit duties as needed, with licensing through The Christian and Missionary Alliance (CMA) requiring compliance with CMA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be an Elder and in agreement with CMA statement of faith.
• Must be licensed by CMA and ordained or willing to begin ordination with CMA.

Responsibilities

• Work with Lead Pastor and Elders as part of a team.
• Develop outreach and evangelism ministries targeting young families in Oconto Falls and surrounding area.
• Develop and oversee discipleship ministries for children, youth, young adults, and young families; oversee youth ministries.
• Lead in developing a social media presence for Riverview Alliance Church.
• Attend and be involved in worship ministries.
• Fill the pulpit as needed in coordination with the Lead Pastor.
• Assist with weddings, funerals, baptisms and community events as needed.
• May assist in other ministries within the church.
