Riverview Alliance Church in Wisconsin seeks an Associate Pastor of Discipleship to lead outreach, evangelism, and spiritual growth ministries for young families, youth, and children in Oconto Falls and the surrounding area.

The role requires Elder qualifications per 1 Timothy 3, CMA alignment, CMA licensing, and willingness to pursue CMA ordination. The candidate will collaborate with the Lead Pastor and Elders and participate in worship and preaching as needed.

Qualifications

• The person called to this ministry must have the qualifications of an Elder, as outlined in 1 Timothy 3.
• He must be in agreement with the Christian and Missionary Alliance (CMA) statement of faith.
• He must be licensed by the CMA.
• He must be ordained or willing to begin the ordination process of CMA.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team with the Lead Pastor and Elders.
• Develop outreach and Evangelism ministries targeting young families in the area.
• Develop and oversee discipleship ministries for children, youth, and young adults and families.
• Lead in developing a Social Media presence for Riverview Alliance Church.
• Attend and be involved in the worship ministries of Riverview Alliance Church.
• Fill the pulpit as necessary in coordination with the Lead Pastor.
• May be asked to officiate weddings, funerals, baptisms and community events.
• Assist in other ministries within the church as needed.
