Qualifications

• Agreement with Stockham Community Church’s statement of faith.
• Licensed, ordained, or in a position to become licensed and/or ordained.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the discipleship process.
• Equip individuals and families to engage in worship and evangelism.
• Assist the Lead Pastor in offering pastoral care.
• Support and participate in scheduled services and programs.

Skills

Strong commitment to the authority of the Word of God

Experience in discipleship or related ministry field

Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities

Willingness to work with church leadership team

Heart for rural ministry

Education

Theological degree or willingness to pursue education
