Job summary

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is seeking a full-time Representative for New Hanover County, NC to implement the ministry plan in the assigned area, working with Directors to fulfill the FCA Vision, Mission and Values.

The role focuses on spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers and athletes, recruiting and developing volunteers, and donor advancement and budgeting as part of international outreach.

Qualifications

• Must align with FCA Vision, Mission and Values.
• Willingness to live in the New Hanover County, NC area.

Responsibilities

• Lead spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers and athletes through prayer, Bible study and worship.
• Engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes via 1-on-1s, huddles and events.
• Oversee recruiting, training and development of volunteers to lead others in Christ.
• Connect with donors to secure funding and manage area finances and budgeting.
