Qualifications

• Knowledge of God’s Word and a heart for discipleship.

• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for the Cafe at the Boca campus.
• Delivers superior service and maximizes customer satisfaction.
• Responds efficiently and accurately to customer needs.
• Regularly reviews product quality and researches new vendors.
• Organizes and supervises volunteers.
• Estimates future needs for goods and cafe management.
• Ensures sanitation and safety standards are followed.
• Manages cafe image and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Controls operating costs and reduces waste.
• Implements policies for sustainable cafe operations.
• Coordinates with the Grill for cafe matters.
