Qualifications

• Commitment to FCA policies and biblically-based ministry is required.
• Ability to lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer and study.
• Willingness to recruit, train and develop volunteers for ministry impact.

Responsibilities

• Agree with and abide by FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Lead spiritual leadership for staff and volunteers through prayer and Bible study.
• Engage coaches and athletes to be disciples who make disciples.
• Oversee recruiting, training and development of volunteers.
• Connect with donors and plan ministry budgets and events.
