Job summary

Ridgeview Institute Monroe is seeking a Discharge Planner – Social Services to address the bio-psychosocial needs of patients, guiding access to treatment skills and offering crisis intervention. The role includes short- and long-term family therapy within a compassionate team.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, at least 1 year of related hospital experience, CPI training within 30 days, and be prepared for flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in related disciplines with hospital experience strongly preferred.
• CPI training within 30 days of employment and prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire.

Your Experience Matters What We’re Looking For

Compensation
