• 1+ years of title & escrow disbursement experience with demonstrated success.
• Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Open minded to process changes, continuous updates, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Receive and escalate complicated incoming balanced settlement funds.
• Ensure timely disbursement of outgoing settlement funds per instructions.
• Communicate status of checks and refunds with lenders.
