Job summary

Disaster Restoration Services in Colorado is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to restore properties damaged by fire, water, or disasters and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities include supervising a team, performing water extraction and drying, and repairing structures with carpentry, drywall, and painting. Must have a valid driver’s license, HS diploma, and knowledge of restoration techniques. On-call weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• On-call 24 hours a day, one weekend a month.
• IIRC certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris and damaged materials, supervise team progress.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification to prevent mold.
• Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure safety.
• Repair and restore structures (carpentry, drywall, painting) with supervision.
• Install new materials and fixtures per restoration standards.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records per policies.
